Welcome to Not Only Flowers. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP.
Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
3. Product Information
As flowers are natural products, colours, bloom sizes and appearance may vary from those shown in product photographs.
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or packaging may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall colour palette, style and quality of the arrangement.
Packaging is thoughtfully selected to complement each arrangement and may vary depending on seasonal availability.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a particular flower or product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design and style.

Recipient Unavailable:
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, or follow any delivery instructions provided where appropriate.
Time-Specific Deliveries:
We will make every effort to deliver within your requested delivery date. Specific delivery time requests may be available for an additional charge and cannot always be guaranteed.
Incorrect Delivery Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Order Changes
Requests to amend an order must be received before 12:00 noon on the day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes, all requests are subject to product availability.
Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be amended once confirmed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled at least 30 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after this time may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers and materials may already have been purchased or prepared.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where such delays are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, floral designs, logos, branding and website content are the property of Not Only Flowers and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
