A flat delivery fee of £5 applies to all deliveries within Wokingham, Winnersh, Bracknell, Reading, Twyford, Crowthorne and surrounding areas.

Sending flowers to someone in these area? Delivery is just £5 per order.

📌 Delivery Notes

* Recipient Unavailable:

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

* Time-Specific Delivery:

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, specific time requests may incur an additional charge of £5.

* Incorrect or Changed Address:

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or amendments to the delivery address.

💐 Order Changes & Cancellation

* Changes to Orders:

Requests for changes must be made before 12:00 noon on the day prior to delivery. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Same-day orders cannot be amended once placed.

* Order Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made at least 30 hours in advance for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may have already begun.

💳 Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers:

* Refunds are not available once the order has been prepared or dispatched.

* If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

* Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
