💐 Order Changes & Cancellation
* Changes to Orders:
Requests for changes must be made before 12:00 noon on the day prior to delivery. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Same-day orders cannot be amended once placed.
* Order Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 30 hours in advance for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may have already begun.
💳 Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers:
* Refunds are not available once the order has been prepared or dispatched.
* If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
* Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
